  • Automatically respond to messages on your Facebook Pages
  • Manage credit plans and usage

3. Facebook Integration Requirements

To use our Service, you must:
  • Have a valid Facebook account and be authorized to manage the Facebook Pages you connect to our Service.
  • Grant us necessary permissions to access your Facebook Pages and send messages on your behalf.
  • Comply with Facebook's Terms of Service, Community Standards, and Platform Policies.
  • Ensure that your use of our Service through Facebook complies with Facebook's Messenger Platform Policies.
Facebook Compliance: You are responsible for ensuring that your chatbot's behavior and content comply with Facebook's policies. Violations of Facebook's policies may result in suspension or termination of your access to our Service.

4. User Accounts and Registration

To use our Service, you must:
  • Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by us and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service.

7. Credit Plans and Billing

Our Service operates on a credit-based system:
  • Credits are consumed when your chatbot processes messages and performs actions.
  • You can purchase credit plans through our Service. All prices are displayed in the Service and are subject to change.
  • Credits have expiration dates as specified in your credit plan. Expired credits cannot be used.
  • All payments are final and non-refundable, except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.
  • We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Changes will not affect credits you have already purchased.

8. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. The Service may be unavailable due to:
  • Scheduled maintenance
  • Technical issues or failures
  • Third-party service outages (including Facebook)
  • Force majeure events
We are not liable for any damages resulting from Service unavailability.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
  • The Service will meet your requirements

12. Termination

  • Any unused credits will be forfeited unless otherwise stated
